Makes 4 servings (2 tomato halves each)
| Ingredients |
- 4 large tomatoes, halved crosswise
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons Fleischmann'sŪ Made with Olive Oil Spread-tub

| Directions | - Preheat broiler. Place tomato halves, cut-side-up, in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle tomatoes with garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper. Top tomatoes evenly with Fleischmann's.
- Broil tomatoes, 4 inches from heat, 10 minutes, or until garlic begins to brown. Spoon pan juices over tomatoes before serving.

| Cook's Tips | - Substitute 1 teaspoon each dried thyme and rosemary for fresh herbs. Grilling Know How: To prepare on grill, spray cold grate of outdoor grill with PAMŪ for Grilling Spray. Prepare grill for medium heat. Place tomatoes, cut-side-down, on grill. Grill 5 minutes. Turn over and sprinkle with garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper. Top tomatoes evenly with Fleischmann's. Grill 10 minutes covered, or until tomatoes are warm.
